Our founding
The idea for Pick‑A‑Ticket started around a campfire, under a sky full of stars, and with friends. We all had the same problem. There were too many scratch-off games at the store. We didn't know how to pick the best ones to buy.
That discussion sparked a passion in David that he could not ignore. He started by just producing the rankings for us. It wasn't until later, after he perfected that process, that we saw the potential. We could bring the best, most accurate lottery game decision tool to the market. Pick‑A‑Ticket had been forged.
David Blake - Founder
Mr. Blake has over 22 years of experience in software development. He has architected, built, tested, and maintained enterprise-grade applications for Fortune 500 companies. At these large companies, he developed a passion. It was for working with big, complex data sets and turning them into actionable insights.
In addition to his professional life, David spends much of his time as a devoted husband and father. His family likes camping and spending time at the beach together. As a hobby, David enjoys being a Top Bar beekeeper. A "Top Bar" beekeeper barely makes enough honey for themselves... So, don't ask him for any honey; he doesn't have any.
